Seth Beroz is the President and Founder of Beroz Consulting LLC.  He has over 29 years experience in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and led the HRIS function in 4 corporations.  He has worked for several large corporations including CSC, DynCorp, Columbia Energy Group , Compaq Computer and Harris Corporation.  He has experience with different  HR Systems and has managed many HRIS projects and HRIS teams. One of the areas he has focused on over the past 20 years is using Business Intelligence HR Reporting to generate HR Analytics.  This experience includes BI  reporting in many areas of HR including Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and HR Transformation
