Our approach is to provide a quick and cost effective way to help you generate relevant HR Analytics (using Business Intelligence - BI) to make data-driven decisions within weeks.  We will first understand your business needs and then work with you to identify the data from your HR system to generate the required HR analytics. We will then create the BI model (in less than 2 weeks) and then review it with you.  We will  train you how to use BI to quickly generate HR Metrics and help you become self- sufficient in using the functionality (Drill Downs, Slice & Dice, Filter)
